Key Responsibilities: :Communication Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Ethics and Compliance (E and C) and communications teams to develop essential communication plans that resonate across various channels and audiences. :Impact Assessment: Use data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement. :Resource Development: Craft innovative and educational resources that align with our communication goals, ensuring they are accessible to all stakeholders. :Deployment and Dissemination: Oversee the distribution of communication materials, devising and implementing strategies to actively engage stakeholders. :Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with E and C Ambassadors to facilitate efficient resource delivery and feedback collection, encouraging positive relationships and continuous improvement of communication efforts. :Investigations : Case Management and Mitigation: Manage reports of potential Code of Conduct violations with confidentiality and integrity, being responsible for the investigative process from intake to resolution. Qualifications: :Proven interest and passion for Ethics and Compliance (E and C) and communications. :In:depth understanding of Ethics and Compliance (E and C) :Shown time management and organizational skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently. :Keen attention to detail to ensure high:quality content and execution. :Able to complete a Year Round Co:Op in a hybrid setup from our New York, NY office. Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range 18.75 : 23.00 USD Pay is based on multiple non:discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job:related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit:sharing and, for Executive:level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long:term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
