Role: Summer Construction Position As a Summer Construction worker, you'll be the versatile hero of our teams, moving across tasks and picking up a broad skill set in the paving industry. It's a fantastic opportunity to learn from the ground up and get a taste of different roles within construction. What You Can Expect: : A commitment to a safe work environment: A team:oriented atmosphere where your contribution is truly valued: Professional growth in a respectful and courteous work setting: The opportunity to work extended hours, including potential night, weekend shifts, and occasional overnights, for those who want to earn more:Starting rate 21.00/hour or more depending on experience, with a 10.00/hour shift. What you will do: Perform manual labor such as raking and looting. Directing and guiding traffic through construction sites when necessary. Work closely with the Traffic Coordinator. Set up and relocation of construction sign packages, cone placement and general maintenance of arrow and message boards.
