Company Benefits : Competitive Wageand Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance: Wellness Program: Life Insurance: 401K with Company Match: Employee Assistance Program: Flex Spending AccountWe are currently searching for an experiencedHeavy Equipment Operatorto join our North Shore Asphalt team of talented employees Job Duties: : Operating a variety of equipment including trackhoes, motor graders, and dozers: Operating with GPS: Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all equipment: Performing other duties on the jobsite when not operating equipment: Following all safety protocolPhysical Requirements: : Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures: Individually lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs.: Push and pull weights up to 70 lbs.: Observe all safety protocolExperience/Skills Required: : Must have minimum of 1 yr. experience in the road or construction field, working outdoors in extreme weather: Be able to read, understand and write simple sentences, and perform simple mathematical equationsEquipment Requirements: : Must have a minimum of 1 yr. experience in operating and maintaining Asphalt paver or MTV: MUST HAVE A VALID TWIC CARD and BASIC PLUS REQUIREDMust have experience operating at least three or more pieces of asphalt equipment, such as: paver screed, motor grader, front end loader, rubbetire backhoe, excavator, dozer.
