We offer: Health/Dental/Vision insurance 401k PTO Wellness Time Merchandise discount As a Floor Manager, you're responsible for managing daily operations of a Distribution Center to maximize productivity and meet daily operational goals. This is an on-site position based out of our Cranbury Distribution Center. A day in the life as a Floor Manager Manage effective labor plans to ensure proper staffing levels according to budgets for overtime, full-time and temporary labor Ensure productivity measurement standards are met Identify and resolves critical distribution issues for inbound and outbound processes Participate in the interviewing and hiring process for distribution center associates Perform safety observations in conjunction with job observations to coach and counsel associates on proper safety procedures Lead investigations for safety incidents and injuries by performing root cause analysis to remove future potential safety hazards Oversee and implement company and OSHA guidelines and programs to contribute to a safe working environment for all associates Serve a backup for other floor managers as necessary Participate in ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems applicable to the position What you ll bring to the table Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management System Computer skills, proficiency with Google applications, MS Word & Excel Strong time management, organizational, planning skills Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures We d love to hear from you if you have Minimum 5 years distribution experience, 2 years supervisory experience Associate s Degree in related field preferred
