Qualifications: Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification Full Physical Report and Drug Screening 2 professional reference letters-within the past 3 years Eligible to work in the United States Patience, empathy, and compassion! You must care! Job Responsibilities: Assist with activities of daily living, as well as thoughtful or creative activities to engage each unique client. Depending on their individual needs, you may be asked to help with: Dressing, grooming, and hygiene Ambulation around the house Encouraging exercise and fluids Light housekeeping Meal preparation Running errands Transportation to appointments Most importantly, it's imperative to provide a safe, comfortable, and healing environment for all of our clients.
