Role As an Assistant Controller (also known as Financial Controller, Plant Accountant), you play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. This multifaceted role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication of financial information to diverse audiences. You will manage financial resources, support business objectives, and contribute to the overall success and sustainability of the organization. Benefits Competitive salary. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field, MBA/CMA is a plus. At least 3 years' experience in a plant accountant position in manufacturing or 2 years in Public Accounting conducting audits of manufacturing clients. Proficiency with US GAAP, accounting knowledge specific to manufacturing, and strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
