JOB TITLE: HVAC/Mechanical Engineer JOB LOCATION: Hanover, MA WAGE RANGE*: $100,00-110,000JOB NUMBER: 24-00887REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 5 years HVACMechanical EngineerAutoCadREVIT JOB DESCRIPTION HVAC/Mechanical Engineer -Candidates will be responsible for the complete performance of mechanical engineering by designing HVAC systems that fit the need of the project and coordination with multiple disciplines to assure excellent engineering practices. Candidates should have the following:Minimum 5+ years of experience designing HVAC systems.Knowledge of REVIT and BIMBachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. Job Skills & Qualifications Required Experience with 3D Modeling programs such as AutoCAD & Revit. Building and Energy code and standard requirements LEED standards and Energy Star standards HVAC specification preparations Construction administration Perform construction site inspections to review installation of systems and generate reports. Excellent oral and written communication skills HVAC system surveys Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
