While assisting the staff to meet the needs of our future and current residents, you will be expected to be the first point of contact with a positive approach in an effort to serve them and their requests. A Day in the Life: The Receptionist is responsible for being a primary first contact for residents and prospective residents by helping coordinate the leasing process, facilitating renewals, coordinating resident activities, and maintaining resident relations. This includes handling traffic, assisting with move-in procedures, service requests and concierge services. Are you a customer service Rock Star? Then this is the career for you. Receptionist must haves: Computer literacy in MS Word, e-mail and a familiarity with the internet required. Positive 'can do' attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm. Exhibit strong customer service skills & conflict resolution.
