SUMMARY: Jackson Family Wines is searching for a Brand Manager to deliver the brand vision and criticalbusiness objectives acrosssaleschannelsfor a collection of International wineries.The Brand Manager will recommendstrategicinitiatives toaddress market opportunities and maximize the businesses.This role will also be responsible for managing the effectiveness of the cross-functional partnersby maintaining a high degree of motivation, setting clear goals and milestones, and assisting with prioritizing key initiatives.Our team respects, celebrates, and takes pride in each other's differences. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute the annual and long-term strategic plans in collaboration with Marketing Director and VP Manage P&L of assigned businesses proactively, driving strategies and tactics leading to sequential revenue and contribution growth. Facilitate annual sales forecasts and planning by channel, global allocations, inventory management, and trend analysis. Support pricing strategy development and implementation. Manage all consumer and trade programming for the US 3-tier and DTC channels. Manage packaging development and support execution with cross-functional partners Collaborate across all key departments to build and maintain strong relationships (Winemaking, Creative, Direct to Consumer, Sales, Public Relations, and Digital). Deliver presentations frequently to sales, senior management, and ownership. Manage planning for US in-market activity, including winemaker market work. Communicate brand positioning, key selling points, and new initiatives to support teams. Align with Sales to develop, implement, and evaluate field sales programs. Act as a brand ambassador and host at events, wine dinners, trade events, distributor presentations, and account visits. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor'sDegree in business, marketing, finance or related Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience managing and growing businesses;CPG/Beverage brand management and International brand management a plus 3+ years of direct P&L management and responsibility Track record of successful brand growth Wage Transparency: The base salary for this role ranges from $98,290 - $125,210 annually. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
