About the Role: The Senior Accountant will report to the Director of Finance and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Botkeeper, Inc. as well as assist with the monthly close and the annual audit. Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices Manage and reconcile corporate credit cards Maintain accruals, prepaids and fixed assets Recognize revenue according to ASC 606 Allocate COGS Process sales tax Will assist with: Intercompany entries and consolidation Various month JEs and reconciliations Investor reporting State compliance Process improvement and documentation Ad Hoc projects such as file cleanup, account cleanup and software integrations Requirements: 3-5 years of related experience Degree in Accounting preferred Strong QuickBooks Online skills required ASC606 experience strongly preferred Good communication skills required as you’ll be working with various dept heads and others in and out of the company About Botkeeper: Botkeeper provides bookkeeping to businesses using a powerful combination of skilled accountants and automated data entry through the use of machine learning and AI.
