Summary: The Site Lead works under the supervision of the Project Manager as a field representative in Fort Riley, Kansas. The Site Lead is responsible for managing and executing day to day operations at all assigned site(s) to ensure company and contractual compliance. He/ She is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction as required and help to develop and grow operational goals at assigned sites. He/ She is also responsible for supervising sub-contractors and field staff to maintain quality control and safe environment. Job Duties and Functions: * Plans, organizes, directs and controls all assigned work to ensure accomplishment on time and within quality standards for the job site activities. * Coordinates all work and provide direct supervision to sub-contractors assigned to the project. * Provides field customer service and represent our company in a professional manner. * Represents EFS during meetings with government counterparts and provides input as required. * Coordinates the flow of work through the various crafts. * Submits information for preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Ensures facility and equipment security. * Prepares schedules and approved timesheets. * Ensures compliance with all contractual, State, and Federal regulations as applicable to service, installation, maintenance of systems and OSHA safety standards. * Assists with administration duties of projects including change orders and project reporting to ensure projects are within contract obligations. * Effectively communicates customer feedback and requirements to your supervisor and/or the management team. * Maintains a professional appearance at all times. * Maintains confidentiality at all times. * All other duties as assigned Experience and Skills: Position Specific Requirements: * Valid state driver's license * AA or 1 year of experience * NICET II Fire Alarm * OSHA 30 * Pass pre-employment and continuing random background, drug, and MVR screenings Supervisory Responsibilities: * This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. Work Environment: * This job operates in the office and field. This role routinely uses tools, safety equipment, computers, and phones. It may also routinely operate a vehicle or heavy machinery. Physical Demands: * The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Travel: * This position requires up to 20% travel. Security Clearance: * Minimum of Secret, Top Secret may be required Additional Requirements for Individual Role per Manager: * Able to read and understand blueprints. * Good communication skills to interface with customers. * Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office). * Able to call and schedule appointments, follow instructions and code requirements. * Perform follow-up to ensure the client is ready for inspection. * Attention to detail.
