Sodexo Live! is currently hiring for the New England Aquarium , in Boston, MA We are looking for outgoing Concessions team players to fill our spots as: Concessions Cashiers: $18.00 per hour Concessions Food Runners: $18.00 per hour Concessions Supervisor: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience Sodexo Live! New England Aquarium Information: The New England Aquarium is a nonprofit research and conservation organization that has protected and cared for our ocean and marine animals for more than 50 years. The New England Aquarium is a catalyst for global change through public engagement and education. Job Summary: As a concessions worker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patrons while serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. You will handle transactions, prepare and serve food items, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Assist patrons in selecting menu items and provide recommendations. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and portion sizes. Ensure that food products are stored, handled, and served at the appropriate temperatures. Restock supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels of food, beverages, and condiments. Qualifications: Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
