People Analyst IIPilgrim s is searching for a People Analyst II.This role will work with internal corporate teams to include, but not limited to Human Resources, Safety, Sales operations and with other members throughout Pilgrim s. This role is based onsite at the Corporate Office in Greeley, CO. Principle Responsibilities:Leads the development of comprehensive workforce planning and analytics methods, models and projections; to include analytics of turnover, absenteeism, strategic placement, etc.Collaborates across HR to identify interventions and strategies to close gapsDesigns, builds and owns dashboards, scorecards, and reports that will enable the business to improve workforce capacity and capabilityDevelops reports and presentations to summarize data, strategies, and recommendationsBringan ownership mentality so as to work effectively and quicklyFills adhoc requests and supports the analysis and delivery of information. Helps communicate key findings of adhoc analysis appropriately to the relevant stakeholdersResponsible for support of all HR Analytics requests, support demand management of standard and adhoc requestsSupports the improvement, and development of self-service reporting tools/capabilitiesPossesses basic project management skills; familiarity with SmartSheet platform a bonusProvides support in managing vendorsDisplays familiarity with programming languages such as Python and SQLWilling to learn and develop computer science skills as needed for projectsOther duties as assignedQualifications:College degree or related experienceExperience developing and using advanced analyticsExperience operating successfully in a complex organization environmentAdvanced computer skills-Microsoft OfficeTeam PlayerAnalytical and process orientedExperience with SAP and pulling reports a plusExperience with project management platform SmartSheet a plusExperience with programming languages (Python, SQL) a plusExperience Qliksense is a plusCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationAs a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the followingcompensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k):eligible after 90 days of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting scheduleBase salaryrange of $86,000-$110,000 andIncentive Pay:This position is eligible to participate in the Company s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program.For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, JBS and Pilgrim s is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.This position does not have an application deadline.
