Carter's seeks a skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Anaplan Center of Excellence (COE).In this critical role, you'll play a central role in maximizing the value we derive from Anaplan. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to develop best practices, foster a community of Anaplan users, and drive continuous improvement.If you're a data-driven problem-solver dedicated to streamlining processes, we encourage you to apply.This role reports to the Director of Anaplan Center of Excellence, in our Buckhead Office's home base. Anaplan System administration (35%) Build new capabilities leveraging the Anaplan system to support strategic initiatives, evolving business processes, and continuous improvement in inventory performance (WOS, service level, excess)Develop Expert model building skills in Anaplan and be the point person for functionality and data definition System Training and Enhancement (35%) Primary contact for supply chain and/or retail model troubleshooting and enhancement requestsGrow superuser base and expand knowledge of Anaplan to the business Project Management (25%) Manage new projects by driving design sessions, gathering requirements, providing status updates, delivering solutions in partnership with an offshore resource baseMaintain sprint plans, follow build standards, and track issues/requests Supervise and develop offshore resources(5%) Collaborate closely with key business and IT partners on requirements and capabilitiesAnticipate key partner's needs and perform ad hoc analysis as needed We'd Love to speak with you if: Superior technical skills including Anaplan, advanced Excel, and a working knowledge of data integration methodsAnalytical, process driven approach to problem solvingAbility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and varying levels of ambiguityDetail-oriented (on time and accurate)Supply Chain and IT experience preferredBA / BS in related field (mathematics, engineering, supply chain, finance, etc.), advanced degree preferredAnaplan model building experience required3+ years of experience in an Analytics or Supply Chain related position OUR Team Members: Lead Courageously: Have a strong sense of personal values that align with our Company values Collaborates Broadly: Build cooperation, trust, and thrive in a consensus driven environment Customer Focus: Proactively seek opportunities to leverage data and fact-based insights to serve customers and/or internal clients Drive Growth: Set aggressive goals and implement plans precisely Cultivates Innovation: Respectfully challenge the "we've always done it this way" mentality and explore new ways to achieve desired outcomes Make a Career at Carter's: Career Development: Success starts from within, and we have several paths from which you can choose to enhance your career evolution.
