Description: Golden Touch ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be working closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide support and guidance to clients. Sign-on Bonus Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to) Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans Design and implement applied behavior analysis techniques to address behavioral challenges and promote skill development for each client on their caseload Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
