Traditions Home Health Services is looking for CNA's that can cover open coverage for our live in clients. This could be for 3 days - 1 month depending on what is needed. You will know in advance the weeks that we need you to be available. Traditions Home Health Services has a Live-in Caregiver program, but we only hire the BEST CNA's to assist our clients. To be considered for an opportunity you must meet the following criteria: Must be a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant, you must own a reliable insured vehicle, Covid vaccinated, current TB test, enjoy working with the geriatric population, you must be a good cook and enjoy preparing healthy meals, you must be very organized, efficient, and enjoy working in a routine on a daily basis. Lastly you must enjoy providing joy and companionship to the elderly. As a floating Live in CNA you will provide live in coverage to our clients who live in Massachusetts. You will assist with daily living. This will include, keeping the house clean and orderly, assisting client with daily hygiene, providing client with three healthy meals each day, processing all household laundry and being a companion to your client. We are seeking a fun, kind, intelligent, patient, skilled, experienced and organized aide. We are seeking to hire a Certified Nursing Assistant who has high energy and knows how to keep a home organized while providing a daily routine that is safe and comforting to our clients. Positions require you to be a CNA who, can read, write and speak English very clearly. At Traditions we document care plans electronically and this is done every hour. You must be able to use your cell phone and or tablet to document. If you have 3+ years' experience as a Live-In CNA and truly enjoy caring for elderly clients 7 days per week, please contact Traditions Today! This is a 7 day a week position and requires our aide to live with the client. A typical work schedule is 7am until 10pm. Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a live-in caregiver preferred. 6. Current valid driver's license/ clean driving record (required for all live-in cases) 7. Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (proof of insurance required) 8. Proof of Covid-19 vaccine 9. Must successfully pass a background check 10. Must be able to read, understand, speak, and document in the ENGLISH language. 11.
