Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client and company objectives. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth. Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate accurate sales reports. Requirements for the Commercial Sales Representative: Proven track record of success in commercial sales, preferably in the home services industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with commercial clients. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales and secure profitable contracts. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
