Experience required in Mowing and Leadership. A valid Driver’s License & clean driving record also required. Our company is growing and a new opportunity has just opened! A MOWING MANAGER will be experienced in the tasks of a Team Member ( mowing, trimming, light weeding, and use of a backpack blower) and have good interpersonal skills. Fertilizing experience and RT license or greater is desired but not required. Responsibilities: training new members & crew leaders serve as a team leader in the field each day assist in the assignments of crew members maintain the expected high level of quality service on each property ensure that safety protocols are followed set a good example for others help other crews as needed, especially outside of the mowing season (no winter layoff) Qualified Full-Time Employees Receive: Benefits offered after 60 days Competitive Pay based on experience Uniform shirts & safety vests provided Opportunities for advancement Bonus offered for when you recruit new hires We value our employees!
