Here are the details:Job Overview:Represent clients and collaborate with the legal team to ensure the highest standard of legal service.Provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff, ensuring adherence to all laws and regulations.Manage personal injury caseloads through pre-litigation claim process, potentially including some litigation.Interact and negotiate with insurance companies.Communicate and maintain positive client relationships.Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.Ensure accuracy of all prepared documents.Comply with all legal standards and regulations.Duties:Manage personal injury caseloads through pre-litigation claim process.Interact and negotiate with insurance companies.Draft legal documents such as correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, settlement agreements, etc.Ensure accuracy and compliance of all documents prepared.Provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff.Maintain positive client relationships.Requirements:Active Bar license in Kansas is a must.Preferably an active Bar license in Missouri.1+ years of experience in pursuing or defending personal injury law claims or similar legal experience such as workers’ compensation, disability, or civil litigation.Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.).Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal relations.Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active Bar license in Kansas.Preferably active Bar license in Missouri.Skills:Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.Outstanding communication and interpersonal relations.Benefits Offered:Health, vision, and dental insurance coverages.401(k) matching retirement plan – up to 4%.3 weeks (120 hours) of paid time off (PTO).Paid holidays.
