We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing support and implementing behavior plans to promote positive outcomes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.Duties:- Implement behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities- Assist with the analysis of data and progress tracking- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and modify care plans- Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed- Maintain accurate and detailed medical recordsRequirements:- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to understand medical records- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team- Ability to analyze data and track progress- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to provide patient care in a compassionate and respectful manner$500 bonus offered for completion of RBT certification with good employment standing . Must obtain CPR/first aide within 90 days of employment.
