Summary * Specialty: Primary Care Clinic * Licensure: Wisconsin License required * Certifications: BLS * Weekly schedule: M-F 7AM-3:30PM or 8AM-4PM * Duties: Direct Patient Care (chronic, acute & administrative) * Average patient volume: 10-15/day * Ages seen: All ages * Experience Required: No * COVID Vaccine Required: Yes * Support Staff: 2-4 providers, 2-4 RNs total, 3 CMAs * Coverage dates needed: 8 - 13 week assignments Native American Preference: Preference in filling vacancies is given to qualified Native American candidates in accordance with federal law (Title 25, USC Section 472).
