About the Role: Job Title: Development Lead Job description: Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of upto 18 engineers, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and growth.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot web applications using Azure DevOps.Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.Document architectural decisions, codebase changes, and best practices.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.Travel may be required to client sites for project meetings and coordination.Drive large technical solutions involving big data and Azure Machine Learning for our clientsTroubleshoot performance issues and ensure secure deployment of web applications.Work with underlying application infrastructure, middleware, container orchestrators (such as Kubernetes), and development tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in fullstack web development.Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, CSS, .NET Core, SQL Server, Web API, B2C, and Azure PaaS services with focus on designing, supporting the entire web application lifecycle, including building, testing, deploying, managing, and updating of large complex webapps in Azure.Strong understanding of C# and SQL.Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse.Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and troubleshooting.Understanding of API communication protocols and hands on experience in REST (Representational State Transfer) or SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) are common in web services.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.Client-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable.Proven leadership abilities in guiding cross-functional teams. Location : Remote (Occasional travel to Baltimore, Maryland) Salary Range : The salary for this position is between $160,000 - $170,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
