JetZero is a place for people who are ambitious, talented, and humble. This role is based in Long Beach, CA reporting to the General Manager, Long Beach. What You'll Do Serve as the company's first point of contact for our employees, visitors and investors. Greet guests and facilitate visitor check-in. Coordinate with security to ensure guests have the correct level of access and maintain visitor logs. Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently. Process and distribute mail. Partner with facilities team to ensure maintenance partners are meeting deliverables. Serve as POC for conference room scheduling and provide support for meetings as needed. Partner with Executive Administrative Assistant to coordinate onsite meal catering for meetings. Occasionally work after regular work hours. Experience High school diploma or equivalent 5 years' experience in a receptionist or customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. High degree of professionalism and tact when handling sensitive and confidential information.
