CentiMark Corporation (the nation's largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor) is seeking an energetic and positive Part-time Receptionist in our Corporate office in Canonsburg, PA (Southpointe)! Hours Desired: 11am - 3 pm; Start and end time can be flexible; 4-5 days a week (Plus an opportunity for more hours periodically) Pay Rate: $15/hr As a part-time receptionist for CentiMark Corporation, you are the face everyone sees walking through our front main entry. You greet them with a friendly smile and help them get to where they need to go. You will answer our corporate phone and perform various administrative duties, for which CentiMark will provide full training. Job Summary: General administrative work Organizing invoices Inputting data or reports into a computer Working within SAP (we will train if you are unfamiliar with SAP) Calling and working with all of our offices Any other projects that might come up that require data entry or reporting We at CentiMark thrive in a friendly environment with a strong community.
