The Role: As a Business Analyst at Evocative, you will operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, gaining extensive exposure to diverse departments and disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine sales materials, pitches, and presentations to align with strategic goals Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to inform decision-making and optimize the sales funnel Oversee administrative tasks and manage sales processes to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance Collaborate with the accounting, finance, marketing, and sales departments to support operations and improve overall efficiency Lead documentation and workflow analysis to drive business process improvements Facilitate strategic discussions and problem-solving sessions with business leaders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives Manage project timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies Qualifications: Minimum of six years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within sales operations Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and stakeholder expectations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across various teams and with senior management Key Competencies: Exceptional ability to foresee and address potential issues before they arise Demonstrates robust leadership capabilities, with the capacity to mentor and lead initiatives Highly adaptable and resilient in a changing environment Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality, ethical standards This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
