The candidate will have a caseload primarily involving matters focused on premises liability, negligent security liability, trucking and transportation liability, and personal/bodily Injury liability. Must have demonstrated General Liability Experience (depositions, court appearances, prepared and argued motions). Should have an Active license to practice law in the state of GeorgiaAdditional Skills: The candidate should have a J.D. from an ABA-Approved Law School. Must have strong writing and speaking skills. A proven ability to manage complex cases is required. Outstanding analytical skills are needed. Should have the ability to conduct depositions and manage discovery. Passion for litigation is needed.
