This role is essential for those who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about leveraging technology to solve business challenges. Role Overview: As a Service Now Business Analyst, you will be integral to our client's operations, ensuring that business requirements are precisely translated into technical specifications within the Service Now platform. This position is based in London, requiring two days per week onsite, with flexibility on remote working for the remaining days. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver comprehensive Service Now solutions. Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions, feasibility studies, and impact backssments. Develop detailed documentation, including process flows and requirements specifications, ensuring alignment with Service Now capabilities. Work alongside developers and project managers to ensure successful implementation of Service Now features and modules. Provide insights and recommendations on best practices and process improvements. Lead user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Service Now environments. Strong understanding of Service Now's capabilities and how it can be configured to meet business objectives. Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate business requirements into functional designs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with multiple teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
