Asa full time Behavioral Health Consultant based in Sound Bend, IN, your rolewill involve advocating for and assisting assigned patients in accessing vitalresources to address their medical and behavioral concerns. You will offerpersonalized recommendations and implement behavioral interventions to supportpatients on their journey to wellness. Collaborating closely with theIntegrated Medical Team, you'll contribute to a comprehensive approach tohealthcare. Reporting directly to the Chief Behavioral Health and AddictionsOfficer, you'll be an integral part of our mission to provide holistic care toour community. Compensation: Competitivesalary plus benefits Requirements: Masters degree in Social Work LCSW, LMHC, (LMHCA only if approvedfor state LMHC exam) LMFT or LCAC PH. D and APA certification(not required but highly preferred) 1-2years experience of post-degree clinical experience Additionalprimary-care experience (not required but highly preferred) Operatea multi-line phone system and other office equipment including printers, faxmachines, etc. Basiccomputer skills (Microsoft Office, EHR, online sources, etc.) South Bend offersnumerous opportunities for sports enthusiasts and outdoor adventurers.
