Job Responsibilities-Responsible for Equipment Reliability of plant Electrical and Instrumentation and Controls (I and C) systems-Provide technical expertise in the identification, investigation, and resolution of plant operating, safety, and design issues to ensure equipment reliability and availability-Monitor, trend, and assess systems and components to improve equipment reliability-Establish system performance for designated systems. Identify and prioritize corrective actions to ensure system safety, reliability, and availability-Lead cross:functional teams to manage/resolve system performance issues and perform system walk downs-Ensure system readiness and compliance with design / license basis Job Specific Qualifications Required Skills:-BS Degree in Engineering with 5 years performing Engineering work in a nuclear or related industry-Excellent written and oral communication skills -Ability to support shift work during plant outages and emergent situations-Ability to meet Nuclear requirements for Unescorted Site Access and access industrial areas of nuclear power plantDesired Skills:-BS Degree in Electrical, Systems, Computer, I and C, Power Systems Engineering-Knowledge of electrical power concepts and power systems analysis-Nuclear Power Plant Engineering and/or equivalent experience Current or Previous SRO license/certification-Master's Degree US Navy Nuclear experience managing reliability of electrical/I and C systems and components-Experience managing projects and/or external vendors Minimum Years of Experience 5 years of experience Disclaimer Certain positions at the Company may require you to have access to Part 810:Controlled Information.
