Responsibilities: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Individual will manage the warehouse and shop/shop production along with shipping/receiving. : Responsible for scheduling shop assemblies: Collaborate with ISRs to resolve BOM issues, making sure orders are shipped promptly without issues,: Work in conjunction with purchasing/ISRs/Ops leader to resolve receiving issues, inventory issues: Identify and analyze process improvement opportunities and implement changes.: Interfaces with customers to make sure expectations are being met.: Performance Management : Develop goals and tools to measure individual and team performance. Provide formal and informal feedback and coaching to assigned team members to maximize performance.: Resolve customer issues. Identify common issues and design processes for improvements. Essential Mental Functions: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.: Ableto coach, counsel and develop employees.: Ability to relate to all levels of employees within the organization, as well as customers, vendors and suppliers.
