Job Summary As a Solution Architect, you will support Canteen's national clients and franchise partners by designing sustainable IT solutions and refining technical processes across the US. Your role will involve understanding and improving our application architecture, integrating systems, addressing unique business challenges, and driving technical modernization in line with Compass Group's standards. Key Responsibilities:Document and understand the current state of our National Accounts application and system integrations.:Analyze the National Accounts business model to address specific challenges.:Develop and implement a technical roadmap focusing on modernization, reliability, resilience, security, and performance.:Improve cybersecurity measures, ensure regulatory compliance, and secure data management.:Provide expert consultation and mentorship to product owners and developers.:Support and guide technical teams in troubleshooting and adopting mature ITIL practices. Key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.:Minimum 4 years experience as a Solution Architect.:Strong background in software development or systems engineering.:Proficiency in C, NodeJS, Python, and familiarity with Windows and OLTP databases.:Extensive knowledge of cloud computing, CI/CD practices, and strategic IT solutions.:Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem:solving skills.:Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team. Desired Skills Experience with Sage X3 ERP, API management, SAP Data Integrator and Business Objects.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and AWS Managed Services.
