The club's F and B operations will center on an all:day restaurant experience, complimented by a casual barista bar café, sports lounge, wellness studio, events auditorium, boardroom and conference center, and business lounge. The Sr Sous Chef will be a key part of the project opening, and will support the Executive Chef in leading an outstanding culinary and hospitality experiences for members. This position will exercise your culinary and creative skills while offering a desirable Monday through Friday schedule. The club will be located in the vibrant heart of midtown, conveniently located near all major transit options. As a culinary leader, work hours will vary based on project needs, however the club plans to operate Mon : Friday from 7a : 9p, closed on weekends and holidays. As a member of the R/A team, the position will have access to a suite of health and wellness benefits, free meals, commuter benefits, training and development opportunities, and more.
