This, along with our rapid growth, means accelerated promotion opportunities for every motivated Fresh Ideas team member Job Summary Working as the Sous Chef,with FRESH IDEAS on the beautiful campus of Fort Lewis College, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and nourishing environment for students, faculty, and staff. Working with the Campus Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Culinary Department for Campus Dining. You will assist in the supervision, preparation, and cooking of various food items, developing daily menu items and their preparation and garnishment. You may supervise hourly associates and you work with Executive Chef to develop new menus and assist with ordering. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, entrepreneurial Culinary professional. FLC primarily offers undergraduate programs in a variety of disciplines, including arts, sciences, business, education, and engineering. The college emphasizes a liberal arts curriculum and offers small class sizes with a focus on personalized education.
