We are looking for energetic and outgoing individuals who have a service-minded attitude and are willing to work flexible hours on weekdays, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities:• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or requests during their stay• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options to enhance the guest experience• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area to create a welcoming environment for guests• Process reservations, cancellations, and guest payments accurately and efficiently Qualifications:• Excellent customer service skills• Strong communication abilities• Experience in hotel or hospitality industry• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings• US Work Authorization Compensation: $16.50 hourly About Company: Four Points is designed for the independent traveler that appreciates an honest, uncomplicated, and casual atmosphere.
