Description Overview Perrigo Nutritionals, located in Georgia, VT is looking to add a Dryer Operator at our Georgia, VT facility. The shift for this position is Nights : 5:54 PM : 6:06 AM requiringshift, weekend, and holiday work (when applicable). Starting pay ranges between 25 : 27 (Plus a 15 shift premium) Scope of the Role As a Dryer Operator at Perrigo you will provide dryer support in preparing clean all dryers and associated production equipment. Works with supervision to monitor the operation of the production equipment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Stork Dryer System Support CIP of the Dryer and EvaporatorClean all Associated Equipment and LinesTrouble Shoots ProblemsPerforms In:Process Testing on Product as neededMarriott Walker Dryer System Support CIP the Dryer and EvaporatorClean all Associated Lines and EquipmentTrouble Shoots ProblemsPerforms In:Process Testing on Product as neededAgglomerator System Clean all Associated Lines and EquipmentTrouble Shoots ProblemsPerforms In:Process Testing on Product as neededOther Duties As Assigned Area CleaningDryer Floor AssistanceRework AssistanceOtherduties as assigned Experience Required Required Experience :High school diploma or equivalent (GED):Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend written instructions.:Ability to perform duties in a safe, efficient and sanitary manner.:Ability to operate and navigate computer and various systems and applications.Position Physical Requirements :This position requires bending, stooping, and repetitive lifting up to 55 lbs. Occasional push/pull of 70 lbs. Standing, walking for 10+ hours of shift.:Incumbent will be exposed to noise, cold temperatures (40), warm temperatures (110), strenuous physical activity, working at heights and/or in confined spaces.:Candidate must be able to wear all required and necessary safety equipment and garments.:Work from ladders, scaffolding and staging is required.External applicants please note: to this position please click the APPLY button at the bottom of the application.
