Graphic Packaging International, LLC is one of the largest manufacturers of paperboard and fiber:based packaging for the worlds most recognized brands of food, beverage, and consumer products is growing their business We have embarked on a significant capital investment to modernize and grow our coated recycled paperboard (CRB) manufacturing portfolio. The investment includes building a state:of:the:art paper machine on a greenfield site in Waco, Texas. This investment will upgrade the companys overall recycled paperboard capacity and take advantage of a rapidly:growing market for recycled and recyclable packaging. This investment will position Graphic Packaging International, LLC as the most technologically advanced producer in its industry, benefitting their customers, their shareholders and the environment when this highly productive paperboard machine ramps up. We are seeking a Manager, IT to join the Waco, Texas (Greenfield Startup) team. Mission Summary: Manage GPI Waco, local IT Systems and Engineering Team. Provide daily direction for mill specific systems, applications and process IT support. Responsible for direct support to users and workstations at the Waco Mill. Lead all project efforts and analysis of business systems at a local level. This position collaborates with business process owners to foster a positive IT customer relations environment. This role may expand into other projects and support as necessary. Job Functions: Job functions include, but are not limited to the following Business Analysis/Project Management /IT Systems and Engineering Management :Lead a team of Business Systems Analysts. Guides team and resources to foster completion of individual responsibilities, providing input on resources needed, and consulting schedule to ensure timely completion of project and meeting deadlines of project. Familiar with the systems scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively complete the activities of the work team. : Responsible for setting priorities within the manufacturing planning and execution domain and work with IT Leadership to communicate with senior management. :Manage, plan and direct activities of local IT teams to support 24/7 operations :Manage IT customer service and support for Waco Mill :Provide IT leadership in mill management and production meetings. :Effectively coordinate multiple IT Systems and Engineering departments to solve business and end user problems :Coordinate local efforts with other Corporate IT and vendor teams :Manage local projects to upgrade current mill IT systems and implement new technologies :Manage full life cycle of local IT Equipment. This includes PCs, laptops, tablets, shop floor terminals, network and security devices :Manage local Data Center for Waco Mill :Manage maintenance and warranty support for all local Systems and mill specific applications :Implementation management and steady state support for local IT Process, Systems and Engineering projects :Lead local teams to assist Process Control and Engineering as necessary at Waco Mill :Manage support of process IT at Waco Mill :Translate business requirements of the customers to specific system requirements. :Prioritize business requested enhancements and lead team to develop requirements, obtain vendor estimates and determine spend based on available funding and business priorities. :Manage Mill IT projects and related budgets as necessary. :Coordinate and document IT related training. :Maintain appropriate documentation for process and systems. :Adhere to change control, security per policy and audit requirements. :Manage system testing, including development of test plans, test cases and documentation of feature/function traceability. :Lead technology transformation and cost saving initiatives per mill as part of Division IT leadership team :
