Heres how aSocial Media Coordinatorfor our US Head Officeoffice contributes to our team: Responsibilities:Develop and execute organic social media campaigns, optimizing for ROI and company growth.:Craft content and communications plans, maintaining an organized editorial calendar.:Manage company:wide social media channels, including current (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and future platforms (TikTok, Threads, etc.).:Track and analyze campaign success metrics, providing insights for future initiatives.:Oversee creative design for social media assets, ensuring brand consistency.:Provide strategic social media guidance to stakeholders and decision:makers.:Engage with clients, partners, and employees online, fostering meaningful interactions.:Monitor social media trends and tools, implementing relevant strategies for brand enhancement and reputation. :Act as a support for crisis management communications, monitoring platforms and addressing issues as necessary. Qualifications:Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth and innovation.:Proficient in utilizing analytical tools to assess the effectiveness of programs, with a focus on data:driven decision:making.:Rapid adaptation to emerging technologies, showcasing a hunger for continuous learning and mastery.:Exceptional ability to cultivate relationships and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.:Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with a knack for problem:solving and solution presentation.:Expertise in leveraging various social media platforms and understanding their audience dynamics for strategic deployment.:Hands:on experience in managing business social media channels, from ideation to execution of engaging campaigns.:Familiarity with social media management and listening platforms such as SproutSocial, Hootsuite, or equivalent.:Bachelor's degree or training in communications, marketing or a related field.:1:3 years of proven success in executing social media marketing strategies within a fast:paced corporate environment.PCL is an innovative, employee:owned company comprised of people who find passion in their profession and take pride in doing great work every day.
