Job Description Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five:star, white:gloved experience is made.Possibility for overtime for select shifts. Ability to work evenings, holidays and special events may be required. Job Responsibilities - Ability to sell beverages from suite to suite- Collect and prepare cart from kitchen and set according to premium service standards- Accurately collect payment for all orders- Communicate to guests regarding orders- Work with the Pantry Assistants in placing orders- Verify that all sales are correctly reflected in customer invoices- Must balance at end of event sales to inventory to payments collected- Keeping areas sanitary, clean, and neat- Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests' needs and ensuring guest satisfaction- Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co:workers, etc.- Use all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) and annotate when equipment is not operable- Take appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets- Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business:related activities and attend meetings, as requiredThe above:listed bullets do not contain a comprehensive listing of all required activities, duties, or responsibilities. Qualifications - 18 years of age or older (Required)- TEAM/ TiPS Certification (Required) : will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)- ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) : will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)- Previous cash handling experience (Preferred)- Ability to push a cart that weighs up to 50lbs through doorways and over carpet (Required)- Good written and verbal communication skills (Preferred)- Basic reading, writing and math skills- Work shifts that are 6 : 10 hours in lengthThis role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.
