The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their busy Wills and Probate team. You will handle probate, estate administration, Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive or in a similar role. Proven experience in probate, estate administration, LPA and Wills. Expertise in trusts and/or court of protection advantageous. Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and professionalism. Access to personal transport. Responsibilities: Manage probate and estate administration processes efficiently. Draft and prepare accurate and legally sound Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Provide guidance on trusts and court of protection matters, where applicable. Consult with clients to understand their specific needs and concerns.
