We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager (Hardware) to join our growing team. The Senior Product Manager (Hardware) will play a crucial role in driving the development and execution of our product strategy. This position requires a forward-thinking individual who can translate market trends, customer needs, and business goals into successful product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and delivering high-impact products in a fast-paced environment. What you will be doing: 1. Product Strategy and Roadmap:Develop and own the product (hardware consumer electronics) strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives.Define and communicate a clear product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities.2. Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and inspire team members to achieve product development milestones and deliver exceptional results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap.3. Market Analysis and Customer Insights: - Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities. - Gather and analyze customer feedback, incorporating insights into product planning and improvement.4. Product Lifecycle Management: - Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization. - Monitor and evaluate product performance, iterating as needed to enhance user experience and meet business goals.5. Stakeholder Communication: - Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders. - Work closely with executive leadership to align product initiatives with overall company objectives.6. Mentorship and Coaching:- Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance various aspects of their professional skills, including but not limited to problem-solving, decision-making, communication, product & project management, and cross-functional collaboration, fostering their overall growth and development within the company. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Experience with development of consumer electronics accessories (keyboards, mice, gaming) is preferred. 7+ years of proven experience in product management, with a focus on delivering successful products to market. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
