Responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries, contacting potential new guests based on networking and referral leads, and assisting the sales team with administrative tasks. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills as well as sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. If this sounds like an exciting opportunity, apply now! Responsibilities: • Maximize profits by selling more and providing upgrades to guests to ensure they are completely satisfied• Assist sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information• Prepare sales presentations and support materials for prospective customers, such as suitable event space, dining and catering services, hotel bookings, and access to relevant facilities• Create a list of business and referral leads through research and networking and make preliminary pitches• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests Qualifications: • This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role• Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired• Proven track record of sales success• Outstanding organizational skills and time management• Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities About Company: We're off I-395/I-95, across the street from Springfield Town Center mall.
