For methodology, please see http://fortune.com/fortune500/ Responsibilities: • Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager • Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth of relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more• Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements • Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs• Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner Your transition to a Field Manager role:After meeting specific requirements for the first 12 months as a financial professional, you will enter a specialized six-month Associate Partner training program. We’ll help you to lead and build your team of financial professionals. Throughout your career journey with New York Life, you’ll continue to have opportunities to grow and be promoted to increasingly senior levels of management.
