As a Carpenter/Tradesman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpentry and general labor. This position requires experience with power tools, metal stud framing, drywall, door hanging, and other maintenance person skills. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.Duties:- Perform carpentry tasks such as metal stud framing, drywall installation, door hanging, and fabricating- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks- Assist with general labor duties as needed, including demolition, cleanup, and material handling- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work areaQualifications:- Previous experience in carpentry or general labor roles- Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools- Knowledge of metal stud framing techniques- Familiarity with drywall installation and finishing processes- Ability to hang doors accurately and efficiently- Basic electrical knowledge is a plus- Experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsWe offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.Eligible for holiday pay after 6 months of consecutive employment.Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
