They build relationships with clients and industry professionals, staying updated on mortgage products and rates to provide accurate information and support throughout the loan process. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications --- MLO license required --- Strong verbal communication skills --- Ability to remain competitive and coachable while working in a fast-paced sales environment --- Desire to take your sales career to the next level --- Ability to adapt well to change with the willingness to maintain a flexible schedule --- Team player attitude Preferred Qualifications --- Experience reaching or exceeding sales goals and objectives --- Proven success in a sales or customer service role --- High school or equivalent (Preferred) --- Loan origination: 1 year (Preferred) --- Sales: 1 year (Preferred) About Company: Here at Lending Force, our Loan officers are experts at helping with all our client's financial needs.
