Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly skilled, professional, and energetic Oracle Techno-Functional Solution Architect. The ideal candidate is 70% Technical and 30% Functional with 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Release 12.1.3. Expert knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Advance Collections, Inventory Costing, and Cash Management. Moderate functional knowledge in any three of the following modules is considered a bonus: Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Advance Supply Chain Planning and Demantra The Oracle Techno-Functional Solution Architect role is responsible for leading the planning, designing, developing, testing and deployment of efficient solutions within the Oracle EBS system, to satisfy and meet strategic, financial, and operational needs of the organization. This role interacts with various levels within the organizations across many functions. Projects in scope for this role include but are not limited to acquisitions, divestitures, upgrades, new functionality, and etc. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead/drive Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Financials related technical design, development and support Interface with business to understand the scope and requirements Function as the liaison with business managers, business users and IT execution team. Support definition of use cases, scenarios etc. Develops and implements policies, procedures, and architectural principals to ensure that systems support the organization's business requirements and meet the needs of end users.
