This position is not location specific and does offer full-time telecommuting.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manages, coordinates, plans, and organizes all activities and matters related to Contracts, Billing and Intercompany Work Order (IWO) system configuration for a large multi-system SAP-centric ERP architecture. Analyzes, evaluates, modifies, configures, tests and implements enterprise-wide purchased systems (e.g. SAP, PeopleSoft, etc). Prepares application system specifications. Manages, coordinates, plans, and organizes automated processes related to Contracts, Billing and IWOs. Customer responsibilities include acting as a liaison for the sector customer community around changes, enhancement requests, maintenance, communications, and strategic direction. Departmental responsibilities include resource planning, development/training of staff, project estimating, project staffing, balancing production support and project demands for the Level 3 configuration analysis and Level 4 (software supplier) engagement, and systems administration (maintenance, performance mgmt., etc). Excellent verbal and technical written communications skills and the ability to build teams and trusted relationships with employees and leadership at all levels will be required for this position. Must have great attention to detail and be able to successfully manage competing priorities. Basic Qualifications: BS/BA Degree in Accounting, Business/Management, Computer Science, or related discipline. At least 4 years related experience, including significant leadership positions. 3+ years' experience leading SAP lifecycle implementations and/or production support. 2+ years' experience in a management position or leading virtual teams. Candidate must have recognized people leadership success. Demonstrated ability to interact with and present to internal and external customers, as well as executive level management on status, issues and corrective actions. Proven Program Management experience and the ability to influence and work collaboratively across the corporation. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of Contracts and or Billing systems Advanced Degree(s) in Accounting, Business/Management, Computer Science or related discipline Salary Range: $125,500 - $188,300The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
