About the role The Business Partner, Human Resources is a member of the Human Resources team. He/She is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating people and labor relations strategies, including policies, programs and procedures to meet the human resources needs of the organization. Essential Duties Advise and support managers and employees on human resources issues, including policies and procedures Responsible for the administration of benefits and terms and conditions of employment Address and manage labor disputes and provide advice on employee relations and labor relations Contribute to a high quality employee experience Administer employee files: hiring, absenteeism, probation, performance, etc. Greet new employees, explain human resources policies and procedures and benefits in effect Participate in the implementation and development of various human resources programs, policies and procedures.
