Your leadership will involve collaborating with a global team to translate user needs and emerging tech into effective product strategies and drive adoption from large enterprises to consumers. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience 20 years of experience in Product Management or a related position 10 years of experience managing a Product Management team Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in engineering or a related field or MBA Expertise leading teams towards business goals Ability to balance technical and business issues Excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and business experts Responsibilities Define the product roadmap and strategy for Platform products, along with the target market and business goals. Design a multi-year roadmap, balancing short and long-term goals and investments to scale globally. Own cross-functional ownership of product development process from ideation through development and commercial launch. Engage regularly as a trusted advisor with business leaders to understand their strategies, business processes, pain points, and priorities to inform product strategy, while providing transparency into roadmaps and managing expectations.
