As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles and equipment. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Title: Mechanic Location: Dayton, NJ 08810 Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 am-4:30 pm Pay rate: $25.00 h/r + D.O.E. Drug Tested: Yes Job Description: The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial equipment and possess a strong understanding of electrical and HVAC systems. Duties: - Operate Hi-lo equipment to move materials within the warehouse- Perform heavy lifting as needed to load and unload goods- Assist with equipment repair and maintenance tasks- Assemble products according to OEM specifications- Ensure the safe operation of the Hi-lo and comply with all safety regulations Requirements: - Prior experience operating Hi-lo equipment in a warehouse or dealership setting- Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to perform brake repairs -Valid driver's license - Familiarity with electrical systems, HVAC, and OEM assembly procedures- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Seeking a mechanic skilled in servicing Hilo trucks with additional capabilities in plumbing and electrical work.
