The Role: As a Deputy Room Leader, you will be providing excellent care and learning opportunities for children and contributing to team dynamics. Duties: Assist the Room Leader in room management Act as a Key Person for designated children Provide high-quality care and learning experiences Foster positive relationships with staff, parents, and children Engage actively with the team to inspire daily growth Requirements Previously worked as a Deputy Room Leader, Senior Nursery Nurse or in a similar role.
